**Application deadline extended to 23:59 on Friday 20th August 2021** Dedicated to fulfilling our aims and values the fund provides a source of funding to promote participation and interest in music, performance and sport to our Brodstock community here in Hipperholme and the immediate surrounding areas (Within a circa 3 mile radius).

Our Brodstock AIMS are to:

Promote participation and interest in music and performance

Celebrate and promote our local community

Funding Application:

All applications must be made in writing to: Brodstock Community Support Fund – BrodstockCSF@Virginmedia.com  or by filling in the application form below



    Successful applicants – in the event of a successful application for funds you agree that you will;

    • provide (or be available for) relevant digital pictures and/or comment which can be used in our future marketing and promotion materials
    • complete a brief feedback from regarding the outcomes and impact of your grant.

    FAQS:

    A. The Brodstock Community Support Fund is money raised directly through the annual Brodstock Music Festival

    A. Brodstock Community Support Fund grants are non-repayable funds that enable schools and community groups to provide and/or enhance services and activities.

    A. The grants are available to applications submitted by schools and community organisations within the immediate vicinity of our Brodstock home here in Hipperholme (within an approximate 3 mile radius of the Old Brodleians Rugby Club)

    A. Funds are available to be used to support any community-based project, though given our background and fundraising activity we are especially keen to promote participation and interest in music, performance and sport throughout the local community, such as;

    • Or anything else that can promote participation and interest in music and performance

    And, as the annual Brodstock Music Festival is run by over 100 members (and friends) of the Old Brodleians Rugby Club, we will also use part of the funding to help encourage kids to get active through rugby by;

    • Purchasing rugby equipment
    • Supporting schools/groups in the area with rugby opportunities

    A. Our funds are unfortunately limited, though we aim to provide circa £10,000.00 over the next 2 years and we will aim to support as many projects are possible, grants are available for between £250.00 to £1000.00

    A. We want to promote participation and interest in music, performance and sport and will give special consideration to applications that effectively demonstrate their contribution to the Brodstock values and aims;

    A. Our funding will come directly from Brodstock 2021 ticket sales and allocations of funding will be made after this years festival in August 2021 (For the school year 2021/22)

    A. Applications based on the criteria set out above can be made from April 2021 until 23:59 on the closing date 20th August 2021. Successful applicants will be notified by end August 2021 and funds available from the start of the academic year 2021/22.
